Stephen Schramke has a successful track record of coaching technology entrepreneurs from the conception of a business plan, through the growth phase and successful acquisition. Stephen is also a seasoned entrepreneur whose has founded, rapidly grown and sold several internet and technology start-ups.

Over the last 20 years, Stephen has been a founder or senior executive of 5 internet start-ups including Logic361, a search engine advertising analysis company whose unique software has been used to analyze over 3,500 search engine advertising accounts and over $100 million in annual search engine advertising for clients that have included GM, Home Depot, Neiman Marcus, Real Networks, and ING Direct. Prior to founding Logic361, Stephen served as CEO of and directed the rapid growth, achievement of profitability and sale of the company.

Stephen was also the founder and CEO Instant Home Appraisal, an innovative online self-service home appraisal report and real estate lead generation company that provided over 180,000 reports to consumers prior to being acquired. The Ticket, where he led the creation of a $100M online network of sports and concert ticket exchanges. And,, an online lead generation business which generated over 3M online consumer transactions, prior to a successful IPO.

Stephen began his entrepreneurial career as the founder and CEO of Wireless Financial Services (acquired by AT&T Wireless), where he was awarded 3 patents and brought to market the first wireless data credit-card point-of-sale product and authorization service capable of economically replacing telephone lines.

Stephen began his business career at Arthur Andersen & Co., LLC as a business systems management consultant. He holds a BA from Evergreen State College and an MBA from the University of Washington.
